How billing works

Join online, cancel online.

Candidate Prep, Firefighter, Driver Operator Core, Driver Operator Pro, Company Officer I & II Core and Company Officer I & II Pro can be joined on the site today. The other programs open to new members one at a time; ask and we will tell you when.

Ask about a program
  • Pay monthly, or yearly for up to 33% less than twelve monthly payments.
  • Cancel any time in Settings. Your membership stays open to the end of the month or year you paid for.
  • All payments are final and are not refunded, including for part of a month or year. Canceling stops the next charge, and the month or year you paid for stays open. The one exception is a charge made in error, such as a double charge, which we refund in full.
  • Stripe processes payments. FireMettle never sees or stores your card number.
